June 12 Well, best laid plans and all......

Had a fairly major blow up of the trip today-  Because I went swimming with my I Phone, we have to stay here in Mammoth Mountain overnight so I can pick up my new one tomorrow being shipped here to the local Verizon store.   We'll lose the Reno leg, which meant a couple of trail stamps, a visit with a High School friend, and Metro Reno things.  

I will go ahead and go to Yosemite Tuolumne Meadows VC this afternoon, and we'll knock out laundry a couple of days early.  I'm going to have to bypass Sacramento and all the things we had planned there, and we are in real danger of not getting to Oakland in time for the Yankees Baseball game-  Its a 5 hour ride over there, and they said UPS won't get there until between 2-4 tomorrow.
