The CN tower, the main landmark of Downtown Toronto. We didn't go up to the top, as we were pressed for time, and it was also $21 a person.
A Toronto streetscape. The city was very active for a Saturday morning, lots of folks downtown. Toronto is very international in flavor, it seemed our group of four were among the few American tourists!
Confusing to me... Very expensive housing, right in front of a major electrical power grid, hard by downtown. We were surprised at the number of very nice apartments in downtown, clearly, folks like living downtown in Toronto. Beautiful scenery. We all got up and left Cambria about 9 or so headed for Toronto- Breezed through customs, didn't have to show our passports, answered about three questions.... Off we went on a major highway, at 110 km per hour. We were having GPS challenges, so we relied on signs in between getting the GPS to work. Yes Sandra, parking was expensive!!! $12.00. We ate at an underground food court, and then decided to head on back home with a stop at the Canadian side of Niagra Falls
