We spent most of yesterday continuing to downsize, editing, throwing out, and we stopped by the UPS store and sent $74 plus of clothing home, were going to ship some cushions, until we found out it would cost 300+ to ship them!
Plans for next week, are in the air. Mercedes Benz of El Cajon has an appointment for us Tuesday morning at 0830- last time we talked, they said they would need the coach for 3+ days, and we would not have any electricity to the coach, which would mean we would have to find room to store the contents of our fridge/freezer. That will also effect our leave date from Pio Pico, which is a cause for concern. Also, that would necessitate our staying in a motel for that time. Last time we talked with Jose, our service guy at La Mesa, he was going to talk to Mercedes Benz, and "smooth things over," or, they were going to fix it themselves. Problem is everyone is closed Labor Day, so we can't find anything out. Very frustrating on our side.
So, we wait! Happy with the editing we have done so far, now to remember where everything is!
Buster seems to have adjusted to his downsizing very well.
Saw 2 Alaska Bear plates in the campground yesterday!
