June 4th Off to Charlotte today.

Almost all packed, just some last minute things to load.  Then off to Charlotte about 4 pm to the Knights Inn for the night, then a 0720 non-stop to Phoenix.  

About 140 miles or so up to the Queen City: No big plans for there, just to sleep and get up early for our flight. 

Made it in OK-  about 142 miles or so.  Left the house at 345- stopped for fuel and ate at the Waffle House in Blacksburg, SC.  Bit of driving rain on the way up, but it stopped by the time we reached the hotel.  Note to self- don't stay here again. 

 

Staying the night at Knight's Inn Airport
