June 24th Game Changer!

Today, we sold the house in Coquina Crossing!  /Full cash offer, plus all the furniture!  Took us 2 years almost to sell it, but now it is done.  We'll find out Monday or Tuesday when we close, then will have to make a car trip down to St. Augustine it looks like to pack and load personal items, then head back up to Maine.  Looking at 2 alternative plans for making the trip, one in July, and one in August.  If we do the August leg, we will cancel out of Cape Cod-  shoot, but that will allow almost three weeks to get packed and settled in SC house. 

Had problems with the mi-fi today, wouldn't connect, took it to Verizon and got it fixed up. 

The repair guy didn't come for the refrigerator, and we have a small leak in the back closet to check out. 

Plans are to stay for the winter or perhaps until May 1 in St Augustine, so we'll address that when we get back to Coquina.  We know of several campsites to look at. 

Big sigh of relief! 

Didn't move around today, will rest tomorrow.
