This is a 3+hour tour of the many islands that are in Casco Bay near Portland Maine. Lots of history here, especially during WW II- since the bay averages 90 feet in depth, this was a major staging area for the North Atlantic Fleet during the war. Several of the islands were taken over and the Bay was used as an anchorage and fueling depot for the Fleet.
