We were in Yellowstone, staying at the Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel- which due to poor trip planning on my part, did not have tv in the room, had a small shared bathroom down the hall, had no internet service, and was on top of the park!
So, we decided to try to get a room near Jackson Wyoming- they were all full- seems this is the first weekend that school has been out around here, and there are no rooms!
So, we found a room in Driggs, Idaho- They only had the room for the one night, last night, so we gambled that a room would open up- NOT!
So, we are now on our way to Rexburg Idaho, and will basically chill out for two days, so we can get back on schedule- at least we will have a decent hotel-
It's only 41 miles over to Rexburg- We'll leave here about 11 this morning- We decided to blow off going to Grand Teton, since I had most of the stamps there anyway- worst thing was we will miss meeting up with Peggy and Ken Reynolds, whom I worked with at Ware Shoals and were in the area- shoot!
May just drive around Rexburg some- I was able to get the laundry done last night-
