The Kokomo, IN glass works- We stopped here for Bette's stained glass supplies. The factory is located in the "old" part of Kokomo, they've been making glass here since the late 1800's.The Abraham Lincoln birthplace in Hodgenville, KY. A replica of his cabin is inside the collonaded building.

Today, it was cold when we got up, about 33 degrees. We headed out first to find a tire shop, as Bette was concerned that the tires were low. We also stopped at McDonalds in Horse Cave, KY for breakfast. Then we were on to Abraham Lincoln Birthplace National Historical Site. Nice visit, saw a very informative 18 min video about Lincoln's "Kentucky" years. Got a pin and postcards.
The on through Louisville KY and Indianapolis, IN , on the way to Kokomo,IN so we could stop at Kokomo glass.
We decided to go ahead and get to Nappanee IN, so we would be in position for our visit to Gulf Stream tomorrow. Depending on how our visit goes, we may start heading over to Columbus OH tomorrow.
Dan and Kippy called, they will be near Berlin, OH, which will not be far from Skips. Then we'll head over together to Niagra Falls.
