July 3rd Portland Maine's answer to the Paris France "Locks of Love."

This was right at the trolley-  Probably based after the famous Paris one, which has been torn down, since it was sinking the bridge.  

This one was plagued by the fact that there was a street artist hawking painted locks for sale right at the fence-  just not the same....

Surprised I haven't seen more of these around....
